Achieving the VAP status will help both AnylinQ and Huawei contribute to the development of the Dutch Enterprise IT market. In the short term the VAP status will give additional secutity to AnylinQ customers. The certifications that AnylinQ has achieved, together with their large volume and customer satisfaction, demonstrate AnylinQ’s expertise in terms of the Huawei portfolio requirements.
Focus on technical knowhow bears fruit
AnylinQ sees specialist technical knowledge as the foundation for qulaity services. That is why they have invested heavily in the certification and training of their engineers. This not only bears fruit for AnylinQ’s customers, it also ensures that, in terms of knowledge, AnylinQ more than meets the conditions of the Huawei partner status.
High customer satisfaction
Huawei performed a customer satisfaction survey among AnylinQ’s customers. This survey showed that the technical solutions and support offered by AnylinQ were valued positively. Turnover requirements more than ticked the box Huawei’s equipment sales through AnylinQ show a strong upward trend. Besides that, sales volume is one of the VAP status criteria. Upon gaining VAP status AnylinQ sold one and a half times more than the required volume.
